Dana Thompson has extensive experience working with many countries of the former Soviet Union, and as the Russia/Eurasia Program Manager at OneWorld Now!, a Seattle non-profit working with underserved high school students. Dana shares her love for these rich cultures and landscapes, helping to connect the next generation with this part of the world. She also volunteers with Partnerships for Nature on their newsletter. Dana’s wonder for the natural world started early in her native Montana, further deepened through travels and living in the PNW, including the last 20 years on Bainbridge Island, enjoying the many trails with family, friends and dogs.
