The best burger on Bainbridge Island?

“Best of” voters certainly think so.
For years, Katy Goldsberry, who manages the Meadowmeer Golf & Country Club, worked to perfect the club’s burger. In 2025, her efforts were rewarded when “Best of Bainbridge” named Meadowmeer’s burger the island’s top choice.
And Goldsberry has done a lot more than make a better burger since she started managing the Meadowmeer Grill in 2019. She has transformed it from a snack bar to a full-service restaurant, complete with heated outdoor patio and live music on Saturday nights during the summer.
And while the burger is a perennial favorite, the Grill has plenty of other tasty choices, including soups made from scratch. Everything is made with fresh local ingredients and even the beer and cider are from local companies, including a Bainbridge favorite, Sisters’ Cider House.
Goldsberry says she keeps the menu small but comprehensive, ensuring quality across the board. The idea, she said, is making everything “both consistently casual and delicious.”
And you don’t need a golf membership to enjoy the island’s best burger—everyone’s welcome!
