Clouding Over

I love summer in the Pacific Northwest—nonstop sunshine, cloudless skies. But there comes a morning in November that reminds us this also is an atmospheric, contemplative land of fogs and vapors, which offer a balm to the soul. Nature served up such a scene on an early morning walk near the top of Eagle Harbor a few autumns ago.
